Earth Union is a planetary member of the Solar Federation and Global Federation of Nations, independent and/or as expansion of the European Union to include Nations of any continent, adhering to the Solar Federation, converting ESA in Earth Space Agency and NATO to Non-Arms Treaty Organization.

As Globocean a Federation of Gcities, United Lands a Federation of Continents, Nations, Regions; United Nations a Federation of Nations, they can coordinate project development funded by G$Global productive currency and sale of products/services/shares/bonds.

They are CITIZEN DIVIDEND PAYING non-taxing/non-legislating Global Federation governments, competing, complementing, supplementing each other and district, municipal, regional, national governments, that must convert to same system, under the priciple of freedom and efficiency.

Earth Union as an new independent self-financed, non-taxing, non-legislating government, under Global Judicial System of open process justice with proof of damage, premeditation, danger to obtain restitution, fine and home arrest.

EU Earth Union as European Union development can start by changing the requirement to join from Europe to Earth and to mandate Democratic Republic Federation as efficient form of organization, separating monarchies from goverment and state, with bi-cameral parliaments representing equally citizens and sub-regions of economic-social-cultural significance.

Nations as Brazil, Canada and Australia could be initial joining members. The goal is of balanced continental and national economic-social-cultural development with the possibility of temporary protections for infant/senescent industries together with other direct action innovation industry/technology policies strategies and investments.

Earth Union is part of the Solar Federation of Planets and Planet Satellites to explore, research, develop, occupy the solar system, terraforming and using Avatar robots controlled from Earth before direct mass Human occupation.

Venus high atmosphere, around 50 km is the place in the known Universe closest to Earth habitability, possessing the ideal temperature, gravity, atmospheric content, but with different concentrations that need to be reprocessed to match Earth atmosphere composition, specially CO2 and H2SO4, converted to C Graphene, O2 Oxygen, H2O water and H2 hydrogen.
